Euro is a popular waterfront fine dining experience with a dazzling menu under the direction of globally recognised kiwi chef, Simon Gault. Euro describe their dishes as “designed with meaning and purpose and created to excel in sight, smell, texture and of course taste”. Not only are they known for their outstanding food but also their impeccable customer service and restaurant ambience. Customers may dine indoors in the main restaurant, at the chef’s table, in a private dining room and also outdoors.
Recently Euro expanded their outdoor dining area to include an additional 60 seats and 5 bar leaners. To complement the expansion they have added branded outdoor umbrellas which will help to encourage more usage of this sun protected space. Shade7, a New Zealand based shade specialist, supplied Euro with printed 3×3 metre square Alfresco Market Umbrellas for this project. Shade7 Managing Director Michael Pearce says “New Zealanders are conscious about the effects of the sun and rightly so considering our harsh environment. Outdoor umbrellas are the perfect solution to balancing a practical need with an eye-catching enhancement that will draw attention to the restaurant”.
The branding featured on the umbrellas belongs to a New Zealand winery called Vavasour, located in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley. Vavasour is just one of premium vineyards included in the portfolio of the distributor EuroVintage. These new branded umbrellas allow customers to enjoy their meal outside with relaxing sea views and shade cover. The stunning line up of umbrellas can be seen as a simple indication of the growing size, success and popularity of Euro.
