Shade7 were approached to offer an aesthetic structure primarily for sun and rain protection, which would bridge the gap between two buildings at their main entrance. The result was the installation of eight Tulip Commercial Umbrellas that would be lined up closely between the two buildings. As well as offering maximum sun protection from 98%+ of harmful UV light, these unique Tulip Umbrellas also allow water to run off through their special telescopic tube system creating a special effect as running water is visible through the clear plexiglass.
Vibrant and active, City Impact Church is continually abuzz with a variety of events and services, both day and night. In addition to the shelter from rain and sun, Shade7’s Tulip Umbrellas can have lights installed inside them emanating a special ambience outdoors during the evening. City Impact Church had purple neon lights fitted into each of the umbrellas which have resulted in a stunning and eye-catching effect at night.
